Accede has built its reputation on customer service by focusing on customer needs. To continuously understand these needs we have developed our Project Management/Customer Service team which uses three primary tools to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. These primary tools are monitored daily for progress and relayed to our customers through weekly progress reports or by phone.
